This policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund for the services provided by Arumpudhal.
1. No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been booked, as they are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations significantly impact our business events.
2. Special Considerations:
In the event of serious unforeseen circumstances, such as personal injury, the death of a close family member, involvement in legal proceedings, or other significant situations, you may request a refund. Such requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, and Arumpudhal reserves the right to request additional proof if necessary. .
3. Time Frame:
Refund requests based on the conditions outlined in point 2 must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to be eligible, as specified in point 1 of this policy.
4. Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund request, please email us at admin@arumpudhal.com. Once your request is submitted, a representative from Arumpudhal will respond with further instructions within 48 working hours.
5. Exceptions:
Refunds do not apply to any study materials, tools, or resources provided during or at the start of the course. These items are non-refundable.
6. Refund Method:
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction, and it will be completed within 7 working days.
