Overview
All coaching services are non-refundable.
Coaching sessions are time-based and booked exclusively for the client. Once a session is scheduled, the time is reserved and cannot be reassigned.
As cancellations result in a loss of booked coaching hours, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Under exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, clients may be allowed to reschedule their session by writing to ramya@arumpudhal.com within 60 days from the date of actual appointment.
Supporting documentation may be required, and Arumpudhal retains discretion in approving such requests. In approved cases, the usual 24-hour notice requirement will not apply.
