Participation in any workshop or event is subject to the timelines communicated during the initial enrollment process.
Extensions for 1:1 coaching engagements may be approved at Arumpudhal’s discretion, with prior written notice and mutual agreement, for a period not exceeding 30 days.
Program-related queries will be addressed exclusively during the scheduled sessions.

SERVICE DELIVERY MODE
All sessions under any program or event will be delivered exclusively in a virtual format via Zoom. No in-person sessions will be provided.
SESSION RULES & CONDUCT
Clients must join each session using the official meeting link provided by Arumpudhal.
Video participation is mandatory throughout the session, and clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.
The presence of unauthorized participants is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund or rescheduling.
Continuation of a session following any disruption is subject to the client providing a valid justification and acknowledging the importance of maintaining session integrity and confidentiality.
Clients are expected to ensure a quiet, private, and distraction-free environment to fully engage and benefit from the program.
Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and internal review purposes and will be securely stored on Arumpudhal’s protected servers for as long as necessary. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Failure to comply with the above protocols may result in session cancellation at Arumpudhal’s discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Arumpudhal is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided through its website or programs. Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons, and no liability shall arise from such downtime.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All content made available through Arumpudhal’s website, programs, and services including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, recordings, worksheets, and other materials is the exclusive intellectual property of Arumpudhal, unless otherwise stated, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5.1 Attribution
Any permitted sharing or reference to Arumpudhal’s content must clearly acknowledge Arumpudhal as the original source.
5.2 Restrictions on Modification
Clients and users may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Arumpudhal.
5.3 Permitted Use
All content is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use, resale, distribution, or exploitation of the content, whether in part or in full, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Arumpudhal.
5.4 Enforcement of Rights
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Arumpudhal’s intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment, clients and users must not engage in the following conduct while participating in Arumpudhal’s programs or using its platforms:
6.1 Unlawful Activities
Engaging in, promoting, or encouraging any illegal or unlawful activities.
6.2 Hate Speech & Discrimination
Any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behaviour, whether verbal, physical, emotional, or digital.
6.4 Promotions, Spam & Solicitation
Unauthorised promotion, solicitation, advertising, spamming, phishing, or distribution of commercial content.
6.5 Impersonation
Misrepresenting one’s identity or impersonating another individual, organisation, or entity without authorisation.
Enforcement & Consequences
Any violation of the terms outlined above may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to Arumpudhal’s services, without refund or rescheduling.
Arumpudhal reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in the event of unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour.
PAYMENT TERMS
All program fees must be paid in full online and in advance. Partial payments or deferred payments are not accepted.
Payment confirmation is required before access to any program materials, sessions, or resources is granted.
Arumpudhal reserves the right to withhold access to sessions or program content until full payment is received.
