Every bad experience is a failure, and every failure is a stepping stone to success.

Life has taken me through countless struggles, hardships, and challenges since my childhood.

I am proud to say that I am the daughter of humble Indian citizens from a lower-middle class family. Leisure was a luxury my parents could never afford. They worked tirelessly to provide for the four of us, often leaving my brother and me to fend for ourselves from as early as I can remember, around the age of five. Both my parents came from large families, but life’s circumstances left us little ones with no choice but to navigate our own paths.

From a very young age, I experienced loneliness, fear, hunger, anxiety, and stress and all those emotions I did not even have the words to describe at the time. Every such bad experience initially felt like a failure, but each one taught me valuable lessons. With time, I gained clarity, confidence, and courage to overcome hurdles. These traits became the foundation for achieving my dreams I envisioned: marriage, building the home, and career I envisioned.

  • Academic excellence
  • Career fulfillment
  • Conscious life choices
  • A dream home
  • And today, my own organization dedicated to delivering proven success paths to truly ambitious individuals

I take immense pride in sharing that I became an executive at a prestigious five-star property – a place where, once, I was humiliated for merely sitting on its reception couch. I learned to speak and express my thoughts with clarity and confidence, a far cry from the time I was mocked during my first extempore speech. My style is now admired by many, even though I was once criticized for my outfits. From earning INR 10K a month during my early career, I have grown fiftyfold today, carving a path of resilience and success.

I am a self-made woman who has faced and triumphed over personal and professional challenges. These experiences have inspired me to create Arumpudhal – a platform dedicated to serve those who needs transformation and development. Through Arumpudhal, I aspire to help people identify their biggest challenges, define their greatest goals, and guide them towards their pathways to success.

I love and bless my son, T.R. Anirudh, and my nephew, S.S. Shrithvik. I cherish the lovable memories of my cousin sisters, Shrimathi Sujatha Pugazhendhi and Shrimathi Priya Ganesh, who stood by me during my toughest times.

My heartfelt thanks also go to the unseen forces, hidden supporters, and energies that have guided me along the path of success. A sincere thanks goes to Shrimathi Maalica Ravikumar for her professional guidance on this journey towards Arumpudhal.

Sincerely

Ramya Thiyagarajan
